By accessing or using Niazi CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. Niazi CRM reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our security protocols.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Niazi CRM for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Storing or distributing malicious software.
• Unauthorized access to other users' Hubs.
• Spamming or overloading our edge infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

The Niazi CRM codebase, logo, and brand identity are the intellectual property of Muhammad Arsalan. Your data remains your property; we claim no ownership over the notes or assets you upload.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime via our Edge network, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from network outages or hardware failures.

6. Limitation of Liability

Niazi CRM is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
