At Niazi CRM, we take your privacy with the utmost seriousness. Because our architecture is built on the Cloudflare Edge, your data never resides in one vulnerable central silo; it is distributed, encrypted, and governed by strict access controls.
Data Collection
We only collect the information necessary to provide our CRM services:
- Account Information: Valid email and username for authentication.
- Project Content: Markdown notes and tasks you explicitly create.
- Assets: Media files uploaded to your Project Hubs.
- Time Logs: Elapsed duration from your Focus Timer sessions.
Data Storage & Localization
Your data is stored using Cloudflare D1. This ensures that your relational data is handled within the Cloudflare global network, adhering to high-level compliance standards and geographic data residency regulations where applicable.
Encryption
All data transmitted to and from Niazi CRM is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Sensitive database fields are further protected at the application layer to ensure that your private Project Hubs remain truly private.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your project content with advertising partners. Data is only shared with essential infrastructure providers (like Cloudflare) strictly to facilitate the delivery of our services.
Your Rights
You have the right to export your data (using our "Copy List" or "Copy All Text" features) and to permanently delete your account and all associated Hubs at any time from your settings.
